Healing Hormones Holistically


I work with a lot of women who suffer from Menstrual cramps (no they don’t need to be “normal”), Ovarian Cysts, Endometriosis, Uterine Fibroids, Cysts in the Breasts, Adrenal Fatigue, Thyroid issues, Candida, and Autoimmune diseases.

I myself have healed from ovary and breast cysts, heavy painful periods, adrenal burnout, adult acne, SIBO (severe candida), Hyperthyroidism (I was almost diagnosed with Hashimotos Autoimmune Disease but reversed it because I did what I will show up below) and the Anxiety, Depression and Fatigue that came along with the complete endocrine imbalance that I was suffering from.

I healed without medication.

I want to be clear on the difference between Healing and Curing.

In Western culture we are all about finding a cure.. a quick fix, an eradication of the 'problem'. We want the issue to go away and fast. "Just fix me" we think. And so the Doctor gives us a pill.

Healing is very different. To heal is to become whole. Integrated. To be intimate with every part of you and have them all in alignment - not scattered or in conflict with each other.

To heal is to become whole.

And to heal we must feel.

In the patriarchal society we live in we have been taught to avoid feeling. We escape our grief with a pill, we numb our pain with substances and we apologize for our emotions and sensitivity like they are an inconvenience.

When we do not let ourselves process emotion or trauma, what we are really denying is our Feminine spirit.

No wonder Women's Hormonal, Sexual Reproductive health and imbalanced Menstrual cycles are at an all time crisis.

A quick google search tells you that "80 percent of women suffer from some kind of hormonal imbalance, which results in a mix of physical and mental health challenges due to low or high estrogen and progesterone levels (female sex hormones)".

That means that it is really normal for most women to be in a state of dis - ease within their own bodies. Physically and mentally.. which means emotionally too.

Fatigue, bloating, brain fog, feeling irritabile, mood swings, anxiety, depression, blood sugar issues, cravings, hair loss or extra hair growth, infertility, painful periods, pain during sex, carrying weight around midsection -- these are just a few symptoms of a hormone imbalance.

Well. I say NO. I say that is not ok and it will not be my normal.

If you take everything I give you here, do your own research, be your own guinea pig and your own scientist, if you really take your own health by the ovaries and do the protocols then you will see results.
